    We invite you to take part in the coverage of the events of the PARLIAMENTARY CENTER!

We conduct events aimed at strengthening international, interethnic and interfaith ties, including international business ties, aimed at developing the regions of Russia in the socio-economic sphere, environmental safety and other areas.

One of these events was the International Forum of People's Diplomacy (IFPD) , which took place on May 23-24, 2019 in Vladivostok on the territory of the Primorsky Territory Administration, Vladivostok Administration and the Vladivostok Duma!

  The following topics were discussed at the event:

1. The importance of holding the annual International Forum of People's Diplomacy (“IFPD”) in Vladivostok.

2. The role of People's Diplomacy in the socio-economic development and interaction of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, problems and solutions.

3. The Far Eastern Federal District, as the center of public diplomacy, located at the crossroads of interests of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

4. Creation of a system "smart city" - "smart home" - "solar roof" to save electricity and heat.

5. Creation of a blockchain system of medical tourism for Russia - Korea, Russia - Japan, Russia - China.

As a result of the work of the International Forum of People's Diplomacy, important international agreements and long-term contracts were concluded, in which the interests of a number of APR countries and the Russian Federation were laid down. The main ones that deserve attention were the agreements between Russia and China on the promotion of global projects to ensure environmental safety (processing of ash and slag waste and solid waste), the development of agriculture (construction of seafood nurseries, production and extraction of seafood), industry (high-tech production, energy), as well as other important projects.
